At Penn Elcom, we don’t underestimate the importance of ensuring our customers have opportunities to get hands-on experience with our latest products, so we recently sent our Hastings, UK Sales Manager, Dan Johnson to Hong Kong for the Gifts and Premium Trade Fair.
He attended with our China Sales Manager, Linda Huang to promote our popular DoorJammer security device, meeting many potential worldwide distributors. The show proved hugely promising, and Dan naturally took every opportunity to soak in the culture and sights he could.
First on his wishlist was to try a well-known local dish of ‘fish head congee’ (or rice porridge) on Hong Kong Island and climb the Peak for a once-in-a-lifetime view. We were all excited about the pictures he sent back, but not everyone shared his taste for the local delicacy!
Of course, no trip to Hong Kong would be complete without an evening stroll through Causeway Bay to marvel at some of the world’s most breathtaking skyscrapers. While passing by a public music event, his keen eye even spotted one of our flight case products!
