At Penn Elcom, we know that the happier our staff are, the better we can serve our customers. As a family-oriented company, we want to make sure that all of our colleagues have that little extra, so we’ve launched a popular new initiative for colleagues in Hastings and Washington, UK.
In Hastings, we’ve enlisted the professional talents of barber Jason and beautician Amy to cut our gents’ hair and manicure our ladies’ nails, while in Washington, Steven and Patricia are the counterparts we’ve chosen. Already in its third month, our colleagues are flocking to take part and plans to introduce the initiative in our other depots around the world have begun.
Initiative leader Rob Platt told us that the company wanted to show its gratitude for the employees who have put in hard work to make us successful and that this was a gesture to give something back in appreciation.
