Castor Plates

Steel Plate with 4 integrated M8 threads to mount castors.

Castors bolt directly through the wheel plate into the W0098-FM’s integrated M8 threads with no need for any t-nuts.

Significantly speed up fixing time with this new system ideal for fast or automated production.

- 75mm / 3" Castors: W0975/80 - W0990/80 and W0980
- 100mm / 4" Castors: W0985-AUTO - W0990-AUTO, W9000-AUTO - W9008-AUTO, W0975-V6 - W0990-V6, W9000-V6 - W9008-V6 and OBR100/LP
- 125mm / 5" Castors: W8992

With this innovative new castor plate there is no longer a need for the use of t-nuts, significantly reducing manufacturing time.

- 100mm / 4" Castors: 3175 and 3175TB

The castor kit improves production time for flight cases by providing an instant thread from inside the flight case to mount castors to.

The new design is also highly shock-resistant compared to older models and significantly improves durability.

Lid Rest for Heavy Front and Rear lids
The unique design also provides clever ‘resting tabs’ for the safe removal and replacing of heavy front and back case lids. The plates are flush to the fitted lids when closed and when the lid is off, extend enough to become a firm rest. This allows you to safely seat the lid before fitting.
