This state-of-the-art machine has immediately upgraded the capability of our direct-to-object printing service and allows us to offer customers much more than before.
AV integrators, rack builders, flight case builders and home media installers will now be able to customise 19-inch panels, riveted prestige badges, stage boxes or patch systems edge-to-edge at full colour. The Roland delivers photo quality results so even ultra hi-res art is recreated without loss of detail. So much more than laser etching, the possibilities are limitless.
With the new functions available, our skilled team can also create rich, textured prints - raised, embossed, matte and gloss effects transform logos into scene-stealing works of art. Now with one of Penn’s custom panels, company logos become the talking point of the project!
Thanks to the clever techniques that make UV printing so durable, finished images are also well-preserved. The new printer rapidly cures the printed ink so it becomes incredibly hard, resisting abrasion and damage for the life of the panel. This means no more frequently replacing outdoor or hard-wearing panels that have had important labels scratched off.
