Summer is always a busy season for Penn Elcom’s show and event calendar so this year continued on strong with another great June exhibition.
The PALM Expo in Mumbai, India is one of the largest trade shows for the pro AV industry with representatives from lighting and sound to staging and music all present. We booked a prominent stand to display our industry-leading flight case and rack equipment with Aniket Waghmare and his team entertaining visitors.
The influential show, now in its 19th year, opened to record numbers in the Bombay Exhibition Centre close to the beautiful Sanjay Gandhi National Park. AV installers and system integrators were especially catered for this year as demand at the show leans toward this fast-growing industry.
We got in touch and asked Aniket to give us an insight into how the show went:
“PALM Expo is one of the more popular shows held in Mumbai, India. We had a good show and got some good leads. Our stand looked pretty nice with all the lit-up display boards and the monitor display running info about Penn Elcom and the production lines.
The boards held a particular variety of products - there were latches, handles, dishes, corners, braces, castors and crating. We also had on-display rack drawers & shock mount systems.
We had a lot of people in the AV & lighting industry coming to the booth inquiring about our products with the most interest in our latches and handles”.
