What is the depth of the counterbore. My concern is the screw that would be used to mount this should not get too close to hitting the floor. This rubber would take around 100 lbs of load. What is the hardness of it? IS it non staining?

The depth of the F1686 counter bore is 5mm / 0.19”. The hardness is 79±3°
